- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely disgraceful service. Having to put your dog down is upsetting enough but then they keep payment for a service not carried out incredible leaving an 84 year old woman out of pocket even though they had agreed to a refund if a cremation was not carried out. Then to be told by the practice manager even though this was agreed at the time that the person doing so have no authority to do so. Incredible, I will not rest until a refund is issued for what was agreed. I will never ever take my pets to this practice. No care or consideration for the person, they are only interested in what money they can get Shocking shocking shocking DO NOT USE THEMBy Admin, April 01, 2020
